Job Description:

We ​are ​seeking ​a highly ​skilled and professional Executive ​Assistant ​with strong ​bilingual proficiency in ​English and ​Korean ​to support ​our ​executive ​team. The ideal ​candidate ​will have excellent ​organizational ​skills, ​a proactive mindset, ​and the ​ability ​to handle ​sensitive information ​with ​discretion. A key ​part of ​this role includes high-level interpretation and translation, making fluency in both English and Korean essential.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications in both English and Korean.

• Perform real-time interpretation during meetings and business discussions to ensure effective communication between English and Korean-speaking parties.

• Translate business documents, emails, reports, and presentations accurately and efficiently.

• Manage and coordinate daily activities, ensuring the executive team is prepared and informed for all engagements.

• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.


Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken) is essential.

• Proven experience in simultaneous interpretation and translation in a corporate setting.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred.


 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Professional certification in translation or interpretation is a plus.

• Experience in an international or multicultural business environment.
